The PEEK-OPTIMA Product Range Includes:

• Unfilled Grades: Unfilled, PEEK-OPTIMA delivers a range of high performance options virtually unmatched in a radiolucent implantable biomaterial.
• Image Contrast Grades: Provide controlled visibility through X-ray, CT and MRI technologies, image contrast implantable polymer grades offer tailored opacity that allows for easier post-operative device placement verification by surgeons.
• Reinforced Grades: Provide enhancement of the properties of unfilled PEEK-OPTIMA for specific application requirements, including significantly increased strength and stiffness and a modulus similar to that of cortical bone.

PEEK-OPTIMA granules, available in three viscosities (melt flow rates) — standard, medium and low, can be injection molded, extruded, or compression molded. Stock shapes come in a wide range of geometries for machining.
