Our dynamic team of senior managers has a history of experience in healthcare, polymer technology, and product engineering. Together, they work to continually support and strengthen the Invibio culture of innovation and total value in biomaterial solutions — so we can help you speed your product's time to market.
Lynne Todd
Commercial Director
Lynne Todd has global responsibility for Invibio’s commercial operations in all markets applications other than spine.
Previously, Lynne held the role of Technical Director with Invibio. Prior to joining Invibio, Lynne directed a technology venture company, driving new technologies to market. She has also held key research posts at ICI Materials and commercial positions with GORE-TEX® Fabrics. Lynne holds a master's degree in polymer technology from the University of Loughborough, United Kingdom, and a bachelor's degree in materials engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. She is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Metals and Mining.
Brian C. Roberts
Commercial Director Spine
Brian Roberts has global responsibility for Invibio's commercial operations in the spine market, as well as strategic business development activities.
Brian has extensive senior management experience in the areas of business development, transaction advisory and finance. Prior to assuming his position with Invibio, Brian held management positions with PerkinElmer, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in both the United States and Europe. Brian holds master's degrees in business administration and accountancy from Northeastern University, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire.
Dr. John Devine
Marketing and Technology Director
Dr. John Devine is responsible for developing Invibio's biomaterial applications growth strategy, for technical business development, and for marketing of Invibio biomaterials and services.
Working with Invibio, Dr. Devine has helped introduce a range of advanced biomaterials to the market. He is a named inventor on a number of patented inventions, is a frequent contributor to papers at key biomaterials and industry conferences, and has authored numerous peer reviewed articles. Dr. Devine holds a doctorate in the field of organic polymer synthesis and structure property relationships from the University of St. Andrews, United Kingdom, and a degree in chemistry from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
Pete Lee
Operations Director
Pete has global responsibility for the development, implementation and leadership of operations and custom solutions strategies for all Invibio Biomaterial Solutions.
Pete joined Invibio from 3M where he has led manufacturing and supply chain operations in a diverse range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, food safety and abrasives. While at 3M, Pete also gained a wealth of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience. Pete began his 3M career in R&D working with customers and suppliers to bring new innovations to market.
Pete holds a degree and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham and has completed a postdoctoral Royal Society Research Fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Germany.
Jonathan Parr
Finance Director
Jonathan Parr is responsible for the Financial Leadership and Information Technology development for Invibio.
Prior to joining Invibio, Jonathan originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG where he gained audit and transactional experience across a wide range of 'Blue Chip' companies. More recently, Jonathan held a managerial position with BAE Systems plc, working on large long-term defense contracts. Jonathan holds a degree in Material Science and Engineering from Imperial College, London.
